- The customer should send to Imbiosis by fax (+ 34 91 806 30 90) the Acceptance sheet that accompanies the offer which should be duly filled in.
- At least two working days before receipt of the sample, the customer will send the analysis request form duly filled in to the following e-mail address lab@imbiosis.com.
- The minimum amount of sample to send is 10 g (in special cases please ask)

- The customer will undertake to send the sample duly packaged and safe from external contamination.
- Imbiosis will keep the original sample for 21 days subsequent to completion of analysis, except when the client requests otherwise in which case they should indicate this in the observation section of the analysis.
- In the case when the customer requests a qualitative technique and no quantitative technique as a first option the customer should provide Imbiosis with a quantitative value of the gluten content of the sample. Otherwise, Imbiosis will not be responsible for the results offered.
- In the case of analysis by means of ELISA techniques Imbiosis undertakes to send the results to the client by means of fax or email within 48 working hours subsequent to receipt of the samples (as long as the order is less than 18 samples). For the remainder of the techniques Imbiosis will communicate to the customer in each case the estimated time for carrying out the analysis.
- Imbiosis will carry out and send individual reports of each sample signed and sealed together with an extract of the cost of analysis by ordinary mail within 7 working days as of the date of completion of the analysis.
- Once the customer has received the reports and the extract, Imbiosis will send the customer the corresponding invoice. In case the customer requires any other information to appear on the invoice (for example an order number) this should be communicated to Imbiosis.
- Imbiosis undertakes to keep confidential results arising from provision of the service. In any case Imbiosis may process results for statistical purposes or for the purposes of providing added information on the service.
- According to Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the data of customers will be incorporated into the customer file that is the property of Imbiosis. If you wish to access, rectify or cancel your data, you should write to Imbiosis SL, Marconi, 1, Parque Tecnológico de Madrid, 28760 Tres Cantos, Madrid.
- Imbiosis will not be held responsible for any damages suffered by the customer or third parties due to use of the results obtained after the analysis contracted.
- The parties waive any other law that may correspond to them and expressly subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid for the resolution of any litigation arising from the interpretation and application of this agreement.
