Industrial property is an asset of major importance in Imbiosis. The company works constantly together with the Genetrix Group to include new technologies and methods in its portfolio of patents. Currently, Imbiosis has a patent licence on the extraction "cocktail", a gluten extraction method that is optimised to obtain high yields in all types of food products.
