Imbiosis offers the most complete range of quantitative and confirmatory techniques for the analysis of gluten in foods, including some offered exclusively such as Competitive Elisa R5. Furthermore, it commercialises the "Cocktail" solution that enables complete extraction of gluten in heat processed foods.
This broadness in the set of techniques has enabled us to analyse all types of foods including the most complex (sausages, cake products, pre-cooked foods, etc.). Only last year our techniques characterised more than 5000 samples from sixty different types of food.
