Imbiosis has the most advanced, sensitive and specific technology in all of Europe regarding gluten detection in food. The services offered by Imbiosis are based on four technologies that are optimised for gluten detection in foods: ELISA, Western Blot, mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF) and PCR, which together enable a complete analysis of proteic and genomic samples. The majority of these techniques are available exclusively in our laboratories and their combination enables us to contrast and to confirm the results.

Apart from existing technologies, the innovative vocation of Imbiosis leads us to carry out major effort on development and updating of our analytical services with the aim of guaranteeing the sustained growth of the company. The team has investigators who are experienced in the field of nutrition and food analysis as well as the collaboration of important investigation centres.
